PCD Homes were looking for a marketing partner to work with them to help launch a new website and generate awareness of their existence as a premium ‘New Homes’ builder. With little brand presence, PCD homes needed a partner that could provide a range of services from website development to a full marketing programme to drive brand awareness and newsletter sign ups.
The solution
groupO worked closely with PCD to help them develop their website and marketing materials. Using our own groupO proprietary database, we were able to reach out to the UK housing market, identifying both property investors, and individuals intent on living in their chosen properties. We used datapooling to build PCD a new prospect database filled with profiles that closely as possible replicated the profiles of their existing email list, and, in addition, we segmented and targeted consumers that had told us they were most likely to be interested in buying property at that time.
Results
Email newsletter registrations were generated. This gave PCD the new database they were looking for, meaning they are now able to accurately target all future marketing campaigns about their upcoming projects and home builds at potential new buyers.
